Against All Certainty is the debut spoken word album from President Michael D. Higgins and celebrated ambient artist Myles OReilly. An album critics are already calling prodigious poems and a milestone in Irish poetry.

The album features ten awe-inspiring poems, set to a stunning ambient musical

soundscape. Michael D. Higgins has previously published four collections of poetry: The

Betrayal; The Season of Fire; An Arid Season; and New and Selected Poems. This project,

recorded in ras an Uachtarin, is his first spoken word album.
